What is NLP?

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) enables us to use the language of our mind to change the patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that our mind runs in our life, to bring about the changes we desire. NLP works with both our conscious and unconscious mind so as to achieve the desired change at all levels of the mind. NLP is particularly useful for changing behaviours & habits and removing fears & phobias and also coaching for creating a life of greater health, fulfilment and achievement.

Hypnoptherapy

Because we are 'creatures of habit' most of the time we are thinking, feeling & behaving out of habit. As it is our unconscious mind that creates and maintains our habits, change work that is directed at the unconscious mind can be very effective. The aim of hypnotherapy is to open up communication with the unconscious mind so as to get right to the source of any undesired patterns and habits we may have. Hypnosis is simply a state of increased relaxation and heightened focus & awareness. You are still awake, aware and in control. Hypnotherapy is particularly useful for any undesired behaviours and habits we may have.

Coaching

Life coaching helps us design and live a life of greater fulfilment and achievement. Steve uses the powerful combination of NLP coaching and ACT coaching which results in much greater clarity of what’s truly important to you and why it’s important. You get to bring to life a vision of yourself and your life that is inspiring and motivating. You get to design your life across all the various areas of your life – physical health, relationships, work, finances, rest & relaxation, fun & interests, learning & growth, contribution – for greater life balance. You learn how to enjoy the journey and feel fulfilment now and not only when you achieve your visions. You also learn how you can be more mindful and present to the present moment – how to live more in the Now. This can bring greater peace of mind, centeredness and calmness. You learn how to create powerful goals and action plans from your visions and what’s most important to you. What results is inspired, motivated action that is fulfilling to do. As you move towards your goals, the outer and inner challenges that can arise are able to be learnt from and moved through without them stopping your progress. As you progress, this coaching enables you to stay on track. To keep you connected with your vision and motivation and make any required adjustments to your actions to ensure you are moving in the right direction.
